In an interview with Sean Hannity tonight, Gingrich said that he would issue an executive order to build the Keystone Pipeline if elected to the presidency. The Keystone Pipeline could provide shovel ready jobs for what some predict to be 20,000 workers and reduce America's dependence on foreign oil. Personally, I am pulling for Newt and his promise to give the green light on the Keystone pipeline makes me want him to win the republican nomination for president that much more.
Gingrich's willingness to issue an executive order to start work on the Keystone Oil Pipeline shows that he knows the importance of reducing our dependence on foreign oil.
